WHAT TO EXPECT

Over the course of 28 days you will be invited to pause, reflect, and engage in daily guided practices that focus on growing strengths of calm, clarity, courage, and connection.

Joshua has carefully curated some of the best tools and insights from his experiences hosting The Courageous Life podcast, teaching meditation, and studying positive psychology to design and create powerfully original content.

Over the course of the challenge you will be exposed to a rich blend of storytelling, research-backed insights, and practices to support you in the ongoing practice of living well, and finding the courage to do so.

CONTENT

45 bite sized recordings varying in length from 5 min to ~15 min. They include:

  • 17 brief talks 

  • And 28 guided daily practices to help you live with greater calm, clarity, courage, and connection.

Originally designed to unfold over 28 days this practice experience is broken into 4 themed weeks. 

  • Week one Calm (Days 1-7) 

  • Week two Clarity (Days 8-14)

  • Week three Courage (Days 9-21)

  • Week four Connection (Days 22-28)

Each day (and week) builds on the one before it, so If you choose to progress through the program sequentially you will gain the benefits of the intended design.
